Following the triumphant release of his critically praised debut album, Thomas is back in the studio working on a powerful new EP paying tribute to the legendary Robert Johnson.

At the heart of Tipitina are powerhouse singer Debbie Jones with her roots in gospel, and Justin Randall- quite simply the finest and most exciting New Orleans-style piano player outside of Louisiana. The great Irma Thomas said of Debbie Jones, ‘She has a lot of soul in her voice.’ Together, Debbie and Justin deliver the red hot and rocking music of Dr John, James Booker, Professor Longhair and Fats Domino.

Since 1983, Flautissimo has been the hub for flute players in Southampton and surrounding areas. We play a variety of music from baroque to contemporary, and arrangements to our own commissions.
