Jenni Robson Art

Hello
I’m Jenni, artist, author and maker based in Market Harborough. Although I grew up in Oxfordshire, I have lived and worked here for many years and I absolutely love the town and the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Art has always been my passion and most of my career was spent in the creative industry. It began with painting in the theatre, then designing/making costumes, models and scenery for theme parks, retail display and trade shows, and later working as a graphic designer in the corporate world. It’s been a fascinating journey and now I paint in watercolours and more recently taken to reduction linocut printing.

I have also written and illustrated a children’s book ‘The Chestnut Tree’ inspired by Little Bowden Park. Charlie Chestnut has travelled with me into libraries and schools for reading sessions and creative workshops and I have also given talks on self-publishing.
